We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance.
Any appointment changes made within this time frame will be charged 50% of your service total. If we are able to fill your appointment slot, your fee will be waived.

No calls, no shows are not tolerated.
If you do not text or call to reschedule or cancel your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service total via the card on file.

Yes! Products you see online are also available in-studio and can be purchased at your appointment.

Purchased products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date so long as they are unopened and unused. This includes wrapping still attached.
